Our Plating department three plating baths to ensure our goal for outstanding service is not compromised by lack of plating capacity. We have the capacity to chrome plate parts that are very small in size to multi-ton rollers. Our maximum diameter tank allows us to plate parts that have an outside diameter of 68″ and a length of 30 feet.
Our plating solution chemistry is monitored daily to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of our plating baths. Our staff is fully trained on the latest technology and uses the most up to date fixturing system for setting up parts for plating.
